20.10.06. FC “Russian Investment Club” held a conference for insurance companies.
Financing company “Russian Investment Club” and “NATIONAL RATING AGENCY” supported by ALL-RUSSIAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATION on October 18, 2006 held a conference devoted to urgent questions of Russian insurance companies activity, Moscow, hotel “Natsional”. The subject of this conference was "Asset management and mortgage in the insurance market - 100 days till the order".

Grebenshchikov Eduard Sergeevich – Head of Information Analysis Department of All-Russian Insurance Association,
Morozova Elena – Deputy Director of Finance Department of Agency for mortgage and real estate lending,
Aleksandr Arefiev – Deputy Chief of Administration of collective investment of Federal Service on Financial Markets of the Russian Federation,
Skvortsov Mikhail Yurievich – Director General of FC “Russian Investment Club”.
The speakers focused on problems of insurance funds management, existing rating products, issues of regulation of insurance companies activity and problems of work with mortgage securities. There were made public recommendations of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation relative to implementation of rating reviews of national rating agencies and position of the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) with regards to use of some securities mentioned in the list of Ministry of Finance as authorized for funds allocation, but not registered in the list of the securities authorized for investment by trustees.
30 persons were present; among them were representatives of leading Russian insurance companies including ZAO SAO "Gefest", Moscow insurance company, ÎJSC "SOGAZ", Rosgosstrakh, insurance group "AlphaStrakhovanie", insurance company "RK-Garant" and others.
